NEXT temporary contract 3.4 — Minimal repo-owned change

01Temporary normative staging unit. Its body is the accepted architecture from refined plan revision 4, section 3.4. Before production code cites this law, promote the relevant clauses into permanent specifications. This file is consumed only after semantic coverage, implemented behavior and retained evidence are accepted. The task/retirement checker cannot perform semantic acceptance.

05ID имеет одну выбранную UUID/ULID grammar; slug/title — metadata. Renaming slug не меняет directory/spec addresses. Нельзя создавать второй current pointer.

06ChangeManifest: ID, owning selected node, explicit origin fact addresses, accepted exact source captures, local document roles, optional refinement/decision references. Package facts не копируются; локальный refinement добавляет обязательства или явно именует deviation/replacement. Смена accepted origin — explicit rebase plan; latest SemVer не заменяет старый capture. Omitted package fact — out of selected scope, не waiver. Consumer adoption меняется отдельной операцией, не вследствие scaffold.

07WorkIntentGraph: stable item IDs, facts, artifact needs, explicit predecessor relations и touches hints. Нет done/owner/current/status/evidence/runtime loops. Work DAG validation — purely structural. Existing artifact/evidence может закрывать need без work item. Absence work и absence evidence — независимые observations.

11Selected work влияет на request; cosmetic editing или unrelated work reordering не invalidates intent. Если contribution реально читает весь work graph, его digest становится explicit input. Questions влияют на readiness profile; promoted answers становятся normative facts. Closure/observations/run logs не попадают в snapshot входа самих себя.

12Read-only check/show/coverage полезны без executing change. New --from scaffold — отдельный явный write с no-overwrite/CAS. V1: one selected node, one origin feat, existing stack; несколько authored changes разрешены, multi-origin execution позже не prerequisite.
