NEXT temporary cross-cutting contract — Outcome and non-goals
01Frozen cross-cutting requirement source from refined plan revision 4 section 1. It complements domain contracts and must be promoted clause by clause; no product implementation or completion is asserted here.
02Жанр: implementation plan. Revision 4 сохраняет предыдущие решения и package/environment phase, добавляя D-025 universal IDE-compatible functionality и D-026 Extreme Total Observability. D-022 остаётся открытым с рекомендацией A; остальные decisions приняты. Все feature designs получают обязательный external service/model/operation path, до любого планирования IDE/plugin/MVP. Кроме явно открытого D-022, решения о scope/policy приняты; новые commands/types/formats ещё предстоит реализовать и проверить. Primary evidence — PROJECT-REVIEW.md, E01–E51.

06Owner policy: вся актуальная собственная линейка — 1.0.0 prototype без постоянных пользователей до личного объявления владельца. Комплектация любой версии Redbook mutable; перед будущей перезаписью агент предлагает новый номер, current variants change уже одобрен без bump. Это не меняет чужие upstream versions, historical captures или machine schema epochs.
07Non-goals: workflow language/scheduler/automatic repair loop, personal plan mirror, multi-run store, imposed boot budgets, новый generic BootIR или смена canonical boot representation в этой программе, hidden provider execution, присвоение чужой identity, собственный OS privilege broker, полноценный bootable Linux-дистрибутив/ISO, live host system installation и VMware commissioning в текущей программе. Gemini/Copilot вторичны; tracker export optional. External adapters, structured ordinary content, derivatives, existing-file edits и HOME/Docker/service-catalog phase не deferred. Nix runtime/language compatibility не обязательна; pacman backend replacement остаётся отдельной границей. IDE/plugin/MVP, screen design and actual LSP/DAP adapters не планируются здесь. Existing D-007 standalone boot-debugger viewer остаётся обязательным; это не начало IDE/plugin programme.
