NEXT temporary contract 3.6 — Analysis, clarification and closure
01Temporary normative staging unit. Its body is the accepted architecture from refined plan revision 4, section 3.6. Before production code cites this law, promote the relevant clauses into permanent specifications. This file is consumed only after semantic coverage, implemented behavior and retained evidence are accepted. The task/retirement checker cannot perform semantic acceptance.
02Change analysis — shared library composition existing fact observations/terminal resolver, work edges, exact execution evidence и explicit policy/dispositions. Новый generated report допустим как envelope этого join; новый независимый terminal evaluator — нет.
03Каждая строка содержит fact subject/capture, artifact kind, authored state, work coverage, evidence source/strength, current comparison, observer availability, applicable waiver/accepted risk. В report есть completeness и omitted/unavailable scopes. Truncated requirements_query нельзя использовать для closure: нужен same-snapshot exact-address set/batch API либо complete internal observation. Несколько страниц из меняющегося дерева не считаются одним snapshot без identity check.
04Legacy implements/verifies relation count свидетельствует о связи, не successful execution. Matched lifecycle evidence свидетельствует о matching identity, не semantic correctness; successful handler без evidence остаётся отдельно. Unclassified requirements не vacuously terminal. Documentation/decision/research/plan/disposition/external учитываются existing artifact vocabulary, не только implementation/test.
05Waiver требует exact fact+artifact need, rationale, approving authority, scope/policy и revisit condition; не превращает missing в satisfied. Accepted risk отдельна от waiver. Observer unavailable не равен missing. Profile может разрешить acceptance with risk; нейтральный query не скрывает missing/unavailable.
06Questions привязаны к exact target fact digest. Explicit answer recording transactionally создаёт local refinement/decision, не правит package. Stale question нельзя silently apply; unknown/hold — local status. Sensitive answers не сохраняют secret value. Deterministic checks — grammar/refs/duplicates/DAG/staleness/conflicting dispositions. Ambiguity/testability/Impact×Uncertainty — explicit advisory provider, bounded and optional; no hardcoded five questions or English regex quality verdict.
07Closure — accepted/abandoned/superseded; exact subject snapshot, selected world/policy, retained evidence payloads либо проверяемые immutable references, explicit author authority и unresolved dispositions. Lifecycle cache IDs недостаточны. Closure record excluded from intent snapshot. Source/definition/policy/output change делает применимость closure stale; историческое решение остаётся фактом, current readiness пересчитывается. Personal plan import/export optional one-way, не central authority.
