This independent UPL-1.0 package contains Vibe metadata authored and maintained by Oleg Chirukhin. It is not part of the VibeVM product repository or namespace. It is community-maintained packaging and does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by Matt Pocock. The current package projects only the `codebase-design` skill directly from immutable upstream commit `6acc160e4e0cd062dbbbd7a1b26ae92855edf07e`; those upstream bytes are authored by Matt Pocock and remain governed by the upstream MIT license.
